**Key Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance.- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently perform repairs and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous learning.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all workplace safety regulations.- Stay current with new automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous professional development.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role.- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.- Certification from a recognized automotive institution or manufacturer is highly desirable (e.g., ASE certification).- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
